GIFT RECEIPTS
Gift receipts can be obtained for every online order. When checking out, simply include a note stating “this is a gift” to generate a gift receipt; alternatively, you may send us an email with a message after the order is finalized. Customers with gift receipts can opt for refunds, which will be provided as GeraldBlack.com gift cards, applicable exclusively for online store purchases. Returns with gift receipts are still subject to the standard RETURN POLICY of GeraldBlack.com.
REFUND TIMING
Upon receiving and reviewing your returned package at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated within a time frame of 5-7 days. You’ll be notified via email once the transaction is completed. Be aware that the processing time by banks may vary, and the refunded amount might not appear until the subsequent billing cycle of your credit card.
Important: If your initial payment was made through a prepaid credit card which you no longer possess, get in touch with us to start the return process; failing to do so, will result in the refund being credited back to the lost prepaid card.
