Return Policy

How do I return my package?

When returning a package, visit our Returns Center to start the process.  Allow for one to two days for your return request to be reviewed.   

After your return request is approved, you will receive an email from GeraldBlack.com asking that you download a pre-paid return label which should be affixed to your return package.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  However, if you have thrown away the packaging and prefer to return the order due to faulty material discovered during normal wear, then you can repack your items in something non see-through, sealable and waterproof. 

Visit your local post office or mail office to drop off the return package.  Once your package is processed, you can wait for your package to arrive to our return center. Make sure you keep proof that you successfully dropped the package at the mail or post office.

Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.

In one to two days after receiving an email that your return was received, you will receive an email stating that your return was approved. 

Can a return be denied? 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids, or gases.

Some health and personal care items

Are there items that can only be exchanged and not refunded? 

We cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewelry, swimwear, or lingerie if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you paid for your order with a gift card, store credit, or a voucher; your refund will be credited to a similar form of payment.

My order is in UK sizing, but I’m from the USA?

A lot of our production is based in China, which means our products will come with Europe or China sizing. You needn’t worry though; every style has a conversion chart available on the product page which will allow you to match the sizing in your country. If you haven't had the chance, click on 'Size Charts' found on the menu bar at the top of this website to learn how to convert your metric size to your country's. 

How long will my refund take?

Your refund will be processed in one to two days upon receipt of your package.  Upon receipt, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 days. You will receive an email from us stating that we have issued you a refund.

If you've waited more than 14 days with no email from us regarding your refund, please contact us by clicking 'Need Help' on the menu at the top of this page and have your order number ready.  You will have an option to email us, live chat, or call.

What’s your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 60 days from the time that you receive the order. If 60 days has past, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To review our full return policy, click here.

60 days has passed, can I return my order?

We move fast and the turnaround of stock we sell means that we will not be able to resell your goods. So, unfortunately we cannot accept returns that are over 60 days.

There wasn't an invoice in my package, how can I return it?

You'll no longer receive an invoice in your package. Please use the returns portal to get a return label. If you are ready to return an order, you can click here.

Can I return more than one order in the same package?

If you need to return more than one order, please contact us to ensure that we have noted your account before we process your refund request.  This will ensure that we provide you with the correct returns label that covers the package weight with the shipping service.  If you do not inform us, please keep your orders separate, as returning more than one order in a package may delay your refund. Why can't I see the refund on my bank statement?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by clicking 'Need Help' on the menu at the top of this page and have your order number ready.  You will have an option to email us, live chat, or call.

My order has faulty items, what should I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. Please contact us by clicking 'Need Help' on the menu at the top of this page and have your order number ready.  You will have an option to email us, live chat, or call.  Please be prepared to reply to our response with your name, order number, product name, picture of the fault, and a description of the fault.

Also, you will not be able to attach any pictures until we respond to you since our contact form does not support that function just yet.

Will there be an issue with reordering the same product after returning or exchanging it while trying to find my correct size?

You also have the option to exchange or refund the same/identical eligible product, regardless of size, up to two times; however, the 3rd return or 1st return after two exchanges and/or first exchange after two returns or two exchanges, you will incur a restocking fee of 75% of the purchase price including shipping.  This will be applicable for all returns and exchanges of the same product.

Have you received my returned item(s)?

By submitting your return through the portal and sending it back to us using the label provided, you should receive your refund within 2 weeks.

The funds should appear on your bank statement in up to 7 working days (how long depends on your card issuer).

If you paid for your order with a gift voucher or store credit, this will be credited back to your GeraldBlack.com account.

Your return gets processed by our returns team and your refund is then processed. If you do not receive notification that we have got your parcel at our warehouse within 60 days of sending it back to us, please contact us by clicking 'Need Help' on the menu at the top of this page and have your order number ready. You will have an option to email us, live chat, or call.

Do you return the shipping charge?

We do not charge shipping for standard delivery; however, for expedited shipping charges, we don't refund the shipping charges.
